- Chin Ups +35×3, +45×2, +55×1, +45×3, +55×2, +65×1, (+55×3, +65×2, +75×1 *optional)
- Dips +35×3, +45×2, +55×1, +45×3, +55×2, +65×1, (+55×3, +65×2, +75×1 *optional)
- 1-leg RDL 70lbs 4×6
