Yesterday’s workout was more of a recovery/technique workout. So the weights I used were significantly low relative to what I normally do. Recovery workouts are great for keeping the neuromuscular system charged while not taxing the body at the same time.

- Kettlebell Snatch 24kg 4×5
- Squat Clean 150×3, 155×3, 160×3, 165×3, 160×3
- Romanian Deadlift 210lbs 4×4
- Kip Ups bodyweight 3×5
